We do not accept returns, however we offer exchanges for in-store credit.
To exchange a product for in-store credit, the product must be in it's original packaging, and you must be able to provide proof of receipt.
If a product arrives and is damaged, stained, or odoured, it will not be accepted for an exchange.
All exchanges must take place within 15 days of purchase to be valid.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the returned item, and any original shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
To process an exchange, please e-mail email@example.com, providing proof of receipt (order number, screenshot of order confirmation, etc.) and detailing that you wish to exchange the product. After you have informed LT of your intention to process an exchange, return your product to the returns address labelled on your original order and your exchange will be processed by e-mail accordingly.
